Bold Diary is funded in part by affiliate commissions. This page explains exactly how that works, so you can weigh our recommendations with full information.
Where the money comes from
When we recommend a product, the "Check current price" button may route
through an outbound page at /go, which shows a visible notice
before you continue to the retailer. If you then buy something, the retailer
or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the
same either way.
How links are labeled
Every page that contains affiliate links carries a visible disclosure
directly beneath the recommendations section heading — on the same screen as
the links, so you never have to hunt for it. Pages linking to Amazon also
carry the statement: As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying
purchases. Outbound links are marked rel="nofollow sponsored"
for search engines.
What this does not change
- Recommendations. Products are selected by the research process on our How We Research page. Commission rates play no part in what we pick or how we rank.
- What we publish. No sponsored posts, no paid placements, no advertising beyond affiliate commissions — and no deal or coupon listings at all.
- What you see. We don't display commission rates or earnings. They are internal business figures and don't belong in product coverage.
